What is Weflow?
Welcome to Weflow! The practice behind Weflow has been developed by professional dancers Julia Robert and Rudi Cole, also Artistic Directors of the Internationally acclaimed dance company Humanhood (head here to know more about it!). Weflow merges more than 30 years of experience from both Rudi and Julia into one holistic practice that fuses elements of Tai-chi, Qi-gong, Yoga and Dance. This is a unique combination that taps into the energy field of your body and tunes the mind to the present moment.
In our online platform you can discover the Flows, set movement sequences suitable for everyone from beginner to experienced, which you can either practice with us in Nature as we flow through the whole sequence, or tune in to the explanatory class in the studio. You can also discover our Odysseys and dive into movement improvisations, breath-work and meditations, for a more freer experience.

Where should I begin?
The best way to start is to watch the welcome video, which appears directly after you sign in. The have a look at our fundamentals videos which you will find in your default playlist which we have prepared ready for you to start, click here to watch the fundamental videos. In these videos we will guide you through the online experience and give you tips to get the most out of this unique experience. Then you are good to go and dive straight into the full library of sessions. Discover the Flows in nature as well as the explanatory sessions in the studio, choose the Flow you want to practice and you will find a tap below the video that will allow you to either select Nature or Studio. You can also tune in to our Odysseys where you can discover movement improvisations, breath work and meditations, for a more freer experience.
How do I select the videos I want to practice?
Head over to ‘Explore’ and select either Flows of Odysseys.
Then choose among the following settings, on the ‘open filter’ button:

You can choose more than one option in each category, in this way you can have a greater selection of videos to choose from. Once you have chosen your options click ‘enter’ or ‘apply filter’.
If you remember the name or one of the words of a video/session you really liked you can type it in the search bar at the top of ‘Explore’ page to find the specific video you are looking for. Alternatively you can pop in a name like ‘stretch’ or ‘arms’ if you are looking for a more stretchy session or one focused on the arms.
How do I create a playlist?
We recommend you to create your own playlist by selecting different videos so you can have a long experience from one to the other. We recommend you to start with a Flow, then continue with an Odyssey and complete with a Meditation or Breath-Work.
Head over to the ‘Flows’ or the ‘Odysseys’ pages and use the ‘filter’ option to choose the videos you would like to add into your playlist. Once you have found one that you connect with, select ‘add to a playlist’. You will then be able to follow a simple 2 step process (give your new playlist a name and create it!) or add the video to an existing playlist.
What do I have access to with my Weflow Subscription?
After signing up for a Weflow subscription, you will have full access to all our library of videos. You will be able to explore all our content for only $17 a month, or $180 per year with your annual membership.

What is the story behind your clothes line?
All of our clothes are made from organic fabrics, including cotton and bamboo, and are printed using natural ink. They are specially designed by Julia Robert and Rudi Cole and handmade in Mataro, Spain. They are made with love and feel amazing in the body!
How long is my free trial?
The free trial last 14 days. On the 15th day, you will be charged your monthly fee of $17. Then, your monthly payments will recur on the same day of every month.
For example, if your first payment is on the 22nd of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 22nd for every subsequent billing.
If you do not cancel your free trial, you will be charged on the 15th day of your subscription and will be able to cancel your payment for the following month.

Why do you need my credit card for the free trial?
Your credit card will be automatically charged for your Weflow Subscription once your free 14-day trial ends. Remember, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the renewal you will not be charged.
Your credit card information can be removed completely from our system by heading unto the ‘settings’ page inside your profile account.
What do I have access to with my free trial?
You have access to all the video library of the Weflow website, to experience Weflow as a member of our community!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking here or heading unto ‘settings’ inside your profile account, and your credit card will not be charged for the upcoming monthly fee. Just fill out our short survey and you will be able to find the cancel membership button at the bottom of the page.
After cancelling your account, you will be able to access Weflow until the last day of your billing cycle, and will not receive a refund for the current month. For example, if your billing was on the 25th of every month, and you chose to cancel your subscription on the 16th, you will have access to Weflow until the 25th of the following month.
In what currency are our prices?
All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).
How will I be billed?
Once you complete your free 14-day trial, your credit card will be automatically charged $17 USD for a monthly membership, or $180 USD for an annual membership. This payment will reoccur once every month (or every year) on the same day as your first payment.
For example, if your free trial ends on the 7th of the month and you are charged your monthly payment, your auto-renewal charge will remain on the 7th for each subsequent billing. The same goes for annual memberships, if your free trial ends on October 24th 2022, your auto-renewal date will be October 24th 2023.
Does Weflow have an annual membership?
Yes! And, you will save $24 USD with our annual membership option. We want you to manage your membership payments in an easy and comfortable way so you can focus on your practice. Instead of managing 12 monthly payments with our monthly option, you can pay once a year, save $24 USD, and still get unlimited access to all the videos on Weflow with our annual membership. It’s a great deal!
The costs breakdown (USD) are as following:
Monthly membership: $204 per year or $17 per month
Annual membership: $180 per year or $15 per month
If you are currently a monthly member of Weflow and wish to upgrade and save with our annual membership, you click here or head over to ‘manage my subscription’, there you will be able to change your membership to “annual”. Your first annual payment will be processed as soon as your last billing cycle is complete. You will not be charged for any more monthly payments after this point. Enjoy your annual membership!
Where can I update my credit card details?
Click My Account or under your personal icon in the top right corner of the screen. Here you will be able to update or delete your credit card information.
Which payment software do Weflow uses?
We use Stripe!
My payment failed, what do I do?
If you receive a failed payment notice from Weflow, the two most common reasons payment fail are due to insufficient funds or the bank may be blocking payments due to different reasons including having a credit limit on daily/monthly expenses, not recognising the seller or just for extra security. In this case the fastest way to solve this situation is to call your bank and check directly with them.
If you wish to change your card details head over to to fill in the new card detail.
How do I renew my Weflow Membership?
Your Weflow membership will renew automatically every month, or every year, on the same date that you were first billed. Just enjoy the practice and flow!
Can I change my bill date?
We do not currently have the ability to change your billing date.
However, you will be able to change your date by canceling your annual membership or monthly subscription and re-activating it on the day you would like to be billed on. Once you have cancelled your membership/subscription, you will still have access until the last day of your billing cycle. Then, you can re-activate your membership/subscription on the date you would like to be billed on.
