Shipping & Returns

Returns 

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you any refund or exchange. 

If your product does not meet your expectations we would be happy to it take it back and issue you a refund or exchange. We can accept returns or exchange requests within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If your return request is fashion related (i.e. a t-shirt doesn’t fit you well), we can accept an exchange. If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. damaged in shipping) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file. After 30 days of the date of purchase, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.

Please take into consideration that refunds and exchanges might take some time to process. Nevertheless we will be happy to help you choose the best item that meets your full expectations. All of our items are produced locally and handmade, in case the are no items in-stock (of your specific choice) a message of ‘pre-order’ will appear in the item page. If you ‘pre-order’ an item please realise it will require 2 weeks production time plus your selected shipping method time.

To be eligible for an exchange and/or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as when it arrived to you. 

In order to proceed your return, either exchange the item or refund your money, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from your part. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before sending it back, contact us as hello@weflowexperience.com

The following items are non-returnable/refundable:

Refunds (if applicable) 

If you wish to receive a refund for your unwanted item, first of all please email us at hello@weflowexperience.com and state the reason why you would like to receive a refund. Make sure that the item has not been worn and that it is in the same condition as when you received it.

We will then send you an email with the specific address for you to send back to us the unwanted item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you in the same email of the approval or rejection of your refund, taking into consideration all the points within this policy.

If your request is approved, we will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days please contact us as hello@weflowexperience.com

Please note that only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Before we send our items to you we always check that they are in the best quality possible, keeping our standards high. If for any reason you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping you will need to provide a proof of it, by sending us a photograph of the damage packaging too, as it arrived to your destination. Shipping 

To return your product, please email hello@weflowexperience.com with your order number and email used to place the order. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please understand that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you successfully receive a refund from us, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

Depending on where you live, far or near us, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Be patient, we are working to deliver your best choice!

If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us for either refund or exchange reasons, please consider using a trackable shipping service. We always do our best to help our customers, however we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All of our products are locally handmade and this means it might take slightly longer to reach you depending on stock availability and production orders. We always make sure the product arrives to you in the highest quality and if we expect delays we will notify you by email on the email address you provide when you made your purchase.

Shipping costs vary in accordance to the country of destination. Our products are made in Spain. Shipping costs for outside the EU are 15 USD. We are providing free shipping costs within the EU when purchasing over a certain amount, detailed in the shop section within the website (please note this may vary in accordance to products).
